Pfizer, a European company, has launched a new, low-priced version of its erectile dysfunction treatment Viagra to sell to pharmacies in Poland.

The low cost version is based on the impotence drug Viagra, which Pfizer has said will help it increase sales of the impotence drug from about 70 million euros a year in the country to about 70 million euros a year in the Netherlands.
Viagra is also known as sildenafil citrate, and is the brand name for the drug sildenafil, which is used to treat erectile dysfunction.
Pfizer is developing the erectile dysfunction treatment to compete in Europe with similar drugs from the same company, Wiesner said.
